2. Products & Availability

  • All products listed on our website are ready-made garments.

  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.

  • We strive for accuracy in descriptions and photos, but slight variations in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

3. Orders & Payments

  • We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Paytm, E. T. C. 

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except for COD orders).

  • PCC Kurtis reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failures, or suspicious activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Shipping delays caused by courier companies or external factors are beyond our control.

5. Return & Exchange

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and images for verification.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

  • If cancellation is requested before dispatch, it may be accepted at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, logos, product designs, and text is the property of PCC Kurtis. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
